MODULAR CLEANROOMS / Design & Installation

Modular Cleanroom Installation: From Site Readiness to Handover

Installation starts with a ready site and ends with an agreed handover. A modular package can only follow its intended sequence when dimensions, access and utility responsibilities are settled.

Use readiness milestones instead of a single arrival date

Check the delivery route from unloading point to final position, including crate sizes and turning space. Confirm that the installation surface and overhead clearances match the approved drawings. Resolve discrepancies before unpacking sensitive components.

During assembly, maintain the specified panel orientation and connection sequence. Protect exposed finishes and keep unnecessary debris out of completed areas. Integrate services using the approved opening and support details instead of making unrecorded changes.

Before use, complete the agreed installation checks, cleaning and commissioning activities. Provide the owner with the final layout, equipment information and maintenance access instructions. A room that has been physically assembled still needs the acceptance activities specified for its intended operation.

Configuration decisions

DecisionWhat to define
Site readinessConfirm dimensions, floor condition, access and power arrangements.
Assembly readinessMatch component identification to approved drawings and revisions.
Service readinessVerify connections, penetrations and access for routine maintenance.
Operational readinessComplete the agreed checks, records and user handover.

Can installation duration be promised before surveying the site?

A meaningful programme needs scope, access, interfaces and site readiness information. Ask for the assumptions behind a proposed duration and the tasks excluded from it.

CONFIGURATION

Options to define

Installation planning covers handling, enclosure sequence, service interfaces, cleaning and the agreed acceptance scope.

APPLICATION

Where it fits

Use for first installation, relocation or an extension requiring coordinated site work.
