Turn buying intent into an orderable scope
Provide the process, proposed dimensions and known environmental requirements. Add the equipment layout if available, or identify the largest items and their service needs. State whether the room is new, an extension or a replacement.
Choose the level of supply required: an enclosure package, a broader equipment package or a coordinated scope that includes specified site activities. Do not assume that every item in a room photograph is included.
Before ordering, review the quotation, drawing revision and exclusions together. Confirm delivery arrangements and the information needed by the installation team. Availability, price and timing should come from the project offer rather than an assumed standard stock configuration.
Configuration decisions
| Decision | What to define |
|---|---|
| Project brief | Describe the process and the proposed room envelope. |
| Configuration | List required enclosure, air, entry and transfer features. |
| Delivery scope | State what is needed from supply through site integration. |
| Order review | Match the quotation to the approved drawings and exclusions. |
Can a room be ordered from a footprint alone?
A footprint leaves height, environmental needs, access and services undefined. Those decisions should be resolved or explicitly allowed for before an order is finalized.
