093BPCTS is a medium paddle swab with a double-layer polyester head and PP shaft. Its rounded face balances local coverage with access around open fixtures and component surfaces.
Make each pass move residue out
A paddle is most useful when the cleaning path has a clear endpoint. Start on the cleaner side of the work area and move loosened material toward an accessible edge. Lift the head between passes rather than reversing a dirty contact face over the cleaned strip.
The rounded outline can follow an open boundary, but the fabric should not be pulled across burrs or exposed threads. Inspect the part for features that could catch the head before choosing the direction of travel.
Control fluid and replacement separately
A swab that still feels damp may already be contaminated. Fluid content and cleanliness are different conditions: adding more solvent does not make a used head clean again. Use a fresh swab once the working face is loaded, and keep the supply bottle separate from used tools.
