125BPCTS has a broad double-layer polyester wiping head on a PP handle. It is intended for accessible areas where a defined fabric face provides useful coverage without handling a loose wipe.
Plan the strip
Choose a wiping path that keeps the broad head on the intended surface and carries residue toward an open edge.
Keep a clean face
Turn to a clean part of the head only while one remains available. Replace the swab when the fabric is loaded.
Check after drying
Inspect for streaks and remaining film after the approved fluid evaporates, not only while the surface is wet.
Coverage does not remove the need for access
A wide head is effective only when it can lie against the workpiece without bridging raised features. Around densely spaced components, a smaller fabric tip may reach the actual surface more reliably. Do not use the handle to press the paddle into a gap that was not designed to accommodate it.
The photographs compare fabric and foam contact faces. Their appearance helps identify the profiles, but performance depends on the residue, fluid and finish. Compare both under the same cleaning conditions if changing an established process.
Limit cross-contamination at the station
Keep used swabs separate from the clean inner pack. Do not place a partly used head on the bench for later use, and do not return it to a dispenser. A broad head can transfer collected material over a substantial area on the next pass.
