162BPCTS places a compact double-layer polyester paddle on an extended PP shaft. The format supports cleaning beyond the immediate reach of a short swab while keeping the contact head relatively small.
Reach the surface, then control the stroke
The extended shaft can reach behind an accessible fixture edge or into a recess while keeping the hand outside. Once the head is in position, use small controlled movements. Long handles magnify the effect of an unstable grip, and the operator may not feel a snag as clearly as with a short tool.
Check that the fabric can be withdrawn along the same route. Internal shoulders, threads and rough edges can catch the head even when entry is easy. Do not force a loaded or swollen head back through a tight opening.
Three access checks
- Visibility
- Keep the contact area visible or use the approved inspection aid for the assembly.
- Clearance
- Allow room for the head, shaft angle and withdrawal path rather than checking depth alone.
- Fluid recovery
- Avoid leaving excess cleaning liquid in a cavity where it cannot be inspected or removed.
For repeated work, specify the target area and replacement interval. A long swab should not become a general tool carried between several cavities; use a fresh head when moving to a separate clean area.
