Select one matched cabinet configuration. Working space, outside size and service clearance are different; final dimensions and electrical loads follow the approved equipment schedule.

Work-zone dimensions, airflow direction, worktop, stand and service connections can be customized for your operating process.

A clean bench brings filtered air to a defined working area, helping reduce airborne particle deposition while sensitive parts or materials are exposed. Its value comes from protecting the actual operation, rather than simply enclosing a table.

Protect the moment when the product is exposed

Dust on an optical surface, a small particle trapped during assembly or debris inside an open package can create work that must be repeated. A local clean-air workstation can address this vulnerable stage without placing every surrounding activity inside the same enclosure. It is useful for suitable precision assembly, inspection and nonhazardous material preparation.

The fan draws room air through filtration and supplies it across the working zone. The enclosure and diffuser guide that air; the work layout determines whether it reaches the sensitive surface before passing an obstruction. A clean bench therefore needs both appropriate hardware and a usable operating arrangement.

Rear-to-front or downward flow?

Horizontal flow offers a direct path from a rear filter towards a low-profile part. It can suit operations that need open access above the work. Tall instruments or stacked trays may shield the product from that air.

Vertical flow supplies air from above. It accommodates a different equipment layout, but shelves, hands and overhanging fixtures can interrupt the downflow. The space beneath a large object should not be assumed to receive the same protection as the clear working area.

Size the usable operation

Start with the component, its fixture and the movement needed to turn or remove it. Add the space needed for clean incoming items and completed work. Buying a wider cabinet without arranging those stages can leave the critical operation squeezed into one corner.

Cabinet dimensions also affect delivery through doors, positioning against furniture and filter access. The stand must support the equipment while leaving a comfortable seated or standing working position.

Keep the protection boundary clear

An ordinary clean bench protects the product from particles. It does not contain infectious aerosols, hazardous powders or chemical vapours released by the work. Such processes require equipment selected for the relevant hazard. A room that feels clean, or a filter labelled HEPA, does not change this boundary.

Make routine use repeatable

Keep outer packaging outside the active zone, avoid blocking the filter face and locate the bench away from strong drafts. Define a cleaning method compatible with the worktop, screens and materials. After relocation or filter replacement, verify the working condition before sensitive work resumes.

For sourcing, the most useful starting information is the exposed process, largest equipment item and required protection level. Compare a horizontal arrangement with a vertical arrangement around that task, then coordinate the accessories and acceptance requirements with shengtongJH.

Work-zone dimensions, airflow direction, worktop, stand and service connections can be customized for your operating process.
