Dimensions refer to the ultrasonic unit. Rinse tanks, filtration, lifting equipment and service space add to the installed footprint.

The cleaning, rinsing, handling and documentation package can be arranged to suit your site and procurement scope.

The useful comparison between large industrial ultrasonic cleaner suppliers is the scope delivered for the same cleaning task. A lower equipment-only figure may exclude the handling and finishing stages that make the bath usable in production.

Compare the boundary of each offer

Core equipment
Identify the tank, generator, heater and operator controls, including the material of wetted components and the electrical supply required.
Load handling
List the basket, dividers, lid supports and any lift. State whether the lifting system supports only vertical movement or also transfer to another stage.
Liquid management
Separate filtration, free-oil removal, overflow and drain collection. These functions address different contaminants and are not interchangeable.
Finishing stages
Define the rinse and drying method needed to leave the part ready for its next operation, rather than stopping the scope at a wet cleaned basket.

Use the same load for every comparison

Provide the normal batch and the largest exceptional component separately. Otherwise, one offer may be optimised for routine throughput while another is enlarged for a rarely processed item.

State the residue and inspection requirement. Removing fresh oil from a plain steel part is a different task from removing aged deposits from a mixed-material assembly.

Separate supply evidence from assumptions

Ask which drawings, manuals and inspection records are included. Any requested compliance documents must refer to the actual configuration being purchased; an unrelated certificate or a component mark does not establish the status of the complete machine.

Lead time, warranty, installation support and spare-part arrangements should appear in the commercial offer. They are not inferred from a product photograph.

Resolve interfaces before placing the order

A supplier can define the machine connections, while the site must provide compatible utilities and an approved destination for used cleaning liquid. Basket movement between tanks also needs compatible heights and transfer space. A seemingly complete package can still fail at these interfaces if responsibilities remain implicit.

shengtongJH can organise a supply enquiry around this defined package. For procurement through a distribution channel, compare large industrial ultrasonic cleaner distributor. No manufacturer relationship or on-site service availability is assumed without agreement.

The cleaning, rinsing, handling and documentation package can be arranged to suit your site and procurement scope.
