Nominal litres do not equal the liquid charge with a basket and parts installed. Cabinet dimensions exclude working clearance for the lid, drain and cables.

The bench unit, basket and control options can be selected to suit your components and work area.

A benchtop ultrasonic cleaner places small-batch cleaning close to assembly, maintenance or inspection. Its value is convenient controlled processing of suitable components without carrying every load to a large wash station.

A bench installation still needs a workflow

Place the bath on a level surface capable of supporting the machine, liquid and loaded basket. Leave a dry area for inspection and a separate tray for dirty incoming parts. This simple separation prevents cleaned components from being returned to the same contaminated surface.

The drain should be accessible without moving a full bath. On a crowded bench, a convenient valve location can matter more than a small difference in cabinet width. Keep ventilation openings clear and electrical connections away from splash paths.

Choose the basket before the litre label

A shallow, wide basket can be more useful for flat fixtures than a narrow deep bath. Small components need a suitable insert so they do not drop through the mesh, but a densely packed fine-mesh container can impede cleaning-liquid access.

Arrange the parts in separated positions. Nested cups, overlapping washers and blind holes facing downward can shelter contamination or retain air. The basket supports the work above the vibrating tank floor.

Keep settings appropriate to the part

A timer makes a chosen cycle easier to repeat; it does not establish the correct cleaning duration. Determine time, solution and temperature with representative components and inspect the result after the complete rinse-and-dry sequence.

Heat may help a compatible detergent work, while excessive temperature can harm seals, coatings or dimensional stability. Ultrasonic operation itself also adds heat, so actual bath temperature matters during repeated loads.

When to move beyond the bench

If operators repeatedly divide one production lot into many small loads, compare total handling time with a floor-standing unit. Conversely, a bench unit can remain the better choice for occasional small tools even beside a large production washer. For the physical table arrangement, see table top ultrasonic cleaner.

Specify the largest component, daily load pattern and available bench depth when requesting a configuration. Include the rinse method: a bath alone does not remove the dissolved residue carried out on the wet part.

The bench unit, basket and control options can be selected to suit your components and work area.
