Tack and hardness require agreement for the workpiece. No ESD certification or fixed service-life guarantee is specified.
Contact width and tack can be customized around the workpiece and cleaning method.
The silicone roller collects loose particles through a tacky contact surface. Its black handle and supported roller frame provide a straightforward manual tool for flat panels and suitable precision surfaces.
Balance pickup with surface release
Higher tack is not automatically better. The roller must collect particles while releasing cleanly from the workpiece. Trial the selected tack on the actual surface, including its coating, texture and temperature, before defining the production method.
Use light pressure and let the roller rotate rather than dragging it. Avoid sharp edges and trapped hard particles that can damage the contact surface or mark the workpiece.
Keep the roller surface clean
Transfer collected particles to a suitable cleaning pad according to the approved routine. Do not use an arbitrary solvent on the silicone or handle assembly. Inspect the surface for cuts, embedded debris and changes in tack.
The wide and narrow tools shown help distinguish available contact widths. Confirm the chosen width and tack with the order; a shared appearance does not establish identical cleaning performance or an ESD rating.
Contact width and tack can be customized around the workpiece and cleaning method.
