Pre-Saturated Polypropylene Wipes
A lightweight, all-polypropylene alternative to the polyester and cellulose/polyester wipes in this range. The JF-PP38G substrate is supplied with IPA / deionized water for industrial surface-cleaning tasks where fiber composition is a purchasing criterion.

Choose the substrate separately from the solvent
The all-polypropylene construction gives buyers an alternative where a cellulose-containing substrate is not desired. It should still be assessed as a finished wet wipe: fiber composition, cut edge, solution and handling all contribute to the result on the surface.
A polymer name does not establish universal chemical resistance or compatibility with the part being cleaned. In this configuration the sheet already contains an IPA / water mixture. Check that mixture against the equipment manufacturer’s instructions and the actual surface finish before use.
Handle a lightweight sheet with a supported fold
Fold the wipe so the fingers support the working face. Avoid pulling an unsupported section over a sharp edge, and replace a sheet that has become damaged or loaded with soil. A light sheet can be convenient for a short cleaning step, but a more demanding task may require several fresh sheets rather than increased pressure on one.
Inspect the area after drying. Visible smearing can arise from retained soil, an unsuitable liquid or a used wiping face; changing the substrate alone may not resolve it. Compare candidate wipes under the same conditions to identify which part of the process needs attention.
For another lightweight nonwoven option, review 60 gsm cellulose polyester wipes. Keep the materials distinct on the purchasing specification, and reseal each opened bag promptly between dispensing steps.
