A light nonwoven sheet with room to fold
The cellulose/polyester construction provides a different wiping feel from knitted polyester. The rectangular sheet can be folded into a manageable pad, exposing a new section as the previous face collects soil. This is a practical format for accessible work surfaces and equipment exteriors where the cleaning procedure permits a cellulose-containing wipe.
Cold cutting defines the sheet edge without the sealed-edge construction used on some polyester products. In a particle-sensitive process, evaluate the edge and the fabric together under the intended wiping motion. The material name alone cannot establish suitability for a particular cleanliness limit.
Use each sheet deliberately
- Separate gross soil from the finishing step. If the surface carries loose debris, follow the approved removal method before applying the wet sheet.
- Keep the used face contained. Fold the loaded area inward and expose a clean section for the next pass.
- Replace when the sheet loses useful contact. Do not continue with a torn, heavily loaded or drying wipe simply because part of it still looks clean.
The 68 gsm rectangular version offers a heavier nonwoven construction in the same nominal two-axis format. Compare handling and the result after drying rather than treating the weight difference as a guaranteed cleaning-performance difference.
