A rectangular cellulose/polyester wipe for folding across broader contact areas. This configuration combines a 68 g/m² nonwoven substrate with a 9 × 11 inch sheet and bagged supply for multi-station industrial cleaning.

Organize a broader wiping area
The rectangular format gives the operator a longer fold to work with on accessible panels, trays and equipment covers. Divide a broad area into sections, keep the pass direction consistent and change the wiping face as it collects soil. A larger sheet should not become a reason to carry the same contaminated face across the entire surface.
The nonwoven construction and cold-cut edge need to suit the process. If the cleaning specification includes a particle or residue limit, assess the finished wipe under the intended conditions rather than inferring a limit from fiber composition or sheet weight.
Plan replenishment without exposing the stock
Distribute sealed bags to the point of use instead of placing loose wet sheets in open containers. Keeping the original closure intact helps maintain a consistent dispensing routine. Store replacement bags away from the dirty side of the operation so the pouch exterior does not introduce soil when handled.
During evaluation, count wipes used per completed cleaning task as well as the number of bags consumed. This reveals whether the fold area is useful in practice or whether a smaller sheet would give more controlled access.
