A bag for a defined cleaning session
Bagged nonwoven wipes suit workstations where several surfaces are cleaned during a short sequence. Place the pouch where the opening stays away from the used wiping area, withdraw the required sheet and reseal the pack. This keeps the remaining supply enclosed while the operator works.
The sheet can be folded into a pad for controlled contact. Avoid wiping with a loose tail that trails into an already cleaned area or touches the workbench beneath the part.
Understand the two wetting entries
The IPA / DI water ratio describes the cleaning solution. The separate pre-wet-level value belongs to the supplied wipe configuration; it is not the alcohol percentage. For a process with a defined liquid loading requirement, agree the loading basis and acceptance method as part of the order specification.
For material-sensitive surfaces, verify the combined effect of the nonwoven sheet and solvent. A fabric that handles well still needs an approved cleaning liquid for the particular coating, adhesive or plastic.
When the use pattern changes
If the pack is opened only occasionally, individual sachets can keep unused wipes separately sealed. For frequent dispensing at one station, the bucket format offers a different access method. Choose the packing around consumption and handling, rather than sheet price alone.
