Pre-Saturated Wipes
Individually Packed Pre-Saturated Wipes
One wipe in each sealed sachet separates unused stock from the wipe being used. This format is convenient for tool kits, service visits and intermittent cleaning where a multi-wipe bag would otherwise be opened repeatedly over a long period.

Open one unit when the task begins
An individual sachet keeps the next wipe sealed while the current one is used. This is useful for intermittent maintenance, distributed workstations and service kits that are carried between locations. The operator can take the number of units required without opening a larger wet-wipe supply.
Open the sachet immediately before use and unfold the sheet without resting it on a dirty surface. Discard a sachet with damaged packaging or a wipe that is no longer in the expected wet condition. A sachet protects the unused unit, but it does not by itself establish a sterile product.
Pack for the visit
Count sealed units according to the expected cleaning steps, allowing for fresh wipes when a face becomes loaded. Keep them separate from used tools and waste so the package exterior remains suitable to handle at the work area.
Finish and dispose
Use fresh faces as the sheet collects soil, and do not return a used sheet to its sachet for later cleaning. Follow the site’s waste procedure for solvent-containing wipes and the contamination they have collected.
Balance single-use access and frequent dispensing
Individual wrapping is convenient when access is infrequent or units need to be issued separately. At a busy fixed workstation, opening many sachets may be less convenient than a dispensing bucket. Select the packing for the task frequency while retaining the required sheet material, liquid and cleaning procedure.
