6009B Pre-Saturated Microfiber Wipes
6009B brings a microfiber wiping surface to a compact format. The smaller sheet helps the operator direct contact onto a selected area rather than carrying an oversized fold around adjacent parts.

Pre-wet level is separate from solution concentration; agree the loading basis for process-controlled orders.
Direct the wipe onto the intended area
The compact sheet helps reduce loose folds around a small workpiece. It can be held close to the fingers when cleaning accessible fixture faces or a limited section of a larger part. Keep enough fabric between the fingers and the surface to avoid transferring soil from gloves during the pass.
For a narrow surface, fold a clean face to the required width rather than bunching the sheet into a tip. Excessive pressure on a small contact area can damage a sensitive finish even when the fabric itself feels soft.
Small areas still need a complete cleaning method
Choose a fresh face as soil accumulates. A compact sheet offers fewer unused folds than a larger one, so replacement frequency matters during a sequence of parts. A sheet that has dried out or become visibly loaded should be replaced rather than wetted again inside the original pouch.
Close the dispensing opening after taking the required wipes. Where the task involves larger panels or repeated broad passes, the 5009D option provides a larger nominal format to evaluate. Check both fabric contact and solvent compatibility on the actual surface.
