5009D Pre-Saturated Microfiber Wipes
A pre-wetted microfiber sheet for controlled contact with smooth surfaces and small surface features. The 5009D configuration combines a straight-pattern fabric with pouch dispensing, making it useful to assess where visible smearing and repeated wiping are concerns.

Pre-wet level is separate from solution concentration; agree the loading basis for process-controlled orders.
Separate fabric performance from liquid loading
Microfiber and pre-wetting address different parts of a cleaning task. The fabric provides the contact surface that moves over the part and collects soil. The IPA / water mixture wets that interface. Neither a finer fiber description nor a wetter-feeling sheet by itself establishes that a surface will be left clean.
The solution ratio and the pre-wet-level entry are separate specifications. The solution identifies what liquid is used; the pre-wet level describes the supplied loading specification. Do not use the latter as a second statement of alcohol concentration.
Investigate smearing with a controlled trial
If cleaning leaves a visible trail, first compare a new wiping face with the used one. A face already carrying dissolved or loosened material can spread it across the next area. Then assess the wiping direction, contact pressure and whether the cleaning liquid is appropriate for that particular soil.
Check the result after drying, especially on smooth dark panels where residual marks are easy to see. Avoid assuming compatibility with lenses, optical coatings or display layers without the relevant equipment approval.
