6009A Pre-Saturated Microfiber Wipes
6009A uses a heavier microfiber substrate within this range. Its substantial sheet and smaller bag count offer a different handling choice for operators who fold the wipe repeatedly or need a firmer wiping pad in the hand.

Pre-wet level is separate from solution concentration; agree the loading basis for process-controlled orders.
When the wiping pad needs more substance
The heavier microfiber substrate changes the feel of a folded sheet in the hand. It can be useful to assess where operators find a lighter wipe difficult to keep flat or where repeated folding is part of the approved cleaning sequence. Thickness and handling should be checked on a sample; basis weight alone does not give a measured thickness or absorption capacity.
A more substantial pad can also become bulky near a narrow gap. Check access around clamps, supports and corners before choosing the wipe solely for its weight. Use a size and fold that allow the fingers to guide the working face without catching adjacent parts.
Manage the opened bag
This configuration uses a lower sheet count per bag than several other products in the range. Plan consumption by the number of cleaning jobs per opened bag, keeping the closure clean and secure between withdrawals. Do not leave the bag open to make dispensing faster.
Keep comparisons fair
Compare clean faces, the same soil and the same surface area. A used heavy sheet and a fresh light sheet do not provide a useful basis for judging material performance. Include inspection after drying in the evaluation.
For confined contact areas, consider the compact 6009B format. Select the configuration that gives reliable access and a consistent wiping method for the actual task.
