Pre-Saturated Wipes
1009S Pre-Saturated Polyester Wipes
This 1009S configuration combines a larger polyester mesh sheet with ultrasonic edge finishing. It suits cleaning routines that need several usable folds and attention to how the wipe edge meets the working surface.

Give the edge the same attention as the fabric
The wiping face is only part of the contact area. An exposed edge can also touch the part, especially when the sheet is folded tightly or moved around a corner. This configuration uses ultrasonic edge finishing, making edge construction a useful point to include in a sample evaluation.
Inspect the finished edge and the folded sheet after the intended wiping motion. If the task includes sharp projections or abrasive surfaces, check for damage under those conditions rather than assuming that an edge finish makes the wipe suitable for every contact.
Use the larger sheet without returning soil
A larger sheet provides several possible folds, but those folds only help if clean and used faces remain separate. Work methodically across the area and keep the used face turned inward. Replace the wipe before accumulated soil transfers back to the surface.
The pouch format suits repeated access during a defined cleaning session. Close the opening between withdrawals and avoid leaving a stack of wipes exposed on the bench. The 1009D option offers a lighter polyester mesh substrate with a laser-cut edge for a different handling comparison.
