1009D Pre-Saturated Polyester Wipes
A polyester mesh wipe supplied pre-wetted for routine surface cleaning at assembly and inspection stations. The flexible sheet can be folded into successive clean faces, while the pouch keeps unused wipes together between tasks.

Pre-wet level is separate from solution concentration; agree the loading basis for process-controlled orders.
A clean face for each pass
The mesh-pattern polyester sheet gives the operator a flexible contact surface. Folding it into quarters keeps loose material away from the hand and makes it easier to turn to a fresh face as soil is collected. Work from the cleaner area towards the dirtier area, lifting the wipe at the end of a pass rather than dragging contamination back across the surface.
Pre-wetting removes the separate step of pouring liquid onto a dry cloth at the workstation. It does not remove the need to replace a loaded wipe: once the face is carrying visible soil, more pressure can spread that soil instead of taking it away.
Keep the pouch ready for the next task
Take out the required quantity and close the dispensing opening promptly. Leaving wipes exposed changes their wetness and makes successive cleaning passes less consistent. Store the pouch where it can be reached without placing it in the contaminated work area; handle the opening with clean gloves.
