1006S Pre-Saturated Polyester Wipes
1006S provides an intermediate sheet format for cleaning fixtures, holders and work surfaces where a small wipe needs frequent repositioning but a larger sheet is awkward to control. Its polyester mesh substrate arrives pre-wetted in a resealable pouch.

Pre-wet level is separate from solution concentration; agree the loading basis for process-controlled orders.
Set up a repeatable fixture-cleaning sequence
- Identify the contact surfaces. Separate accessible flat faces from holes, slots and sharp edges. The sheet should reach the surface without being pulled across a burr or caught around a projection.
- Make a controlled fold. Form a working pad that the fingers can support. A stable fold distributes hand pressure more evenly than a loose handful of fabric.
- Change the face as the job progresses. Turn to an unused area after collecting soil, and replace the sheet when no clean face remains. Do not put a used wipe back into the pouch.
Between a compact sheet and a broad wiping face
The intermediate format can reduce repeated unfolding on medium-sized fixtures while staying easier to control than a larger sheet in a confined position. This is a handling choice, not a guaranteed improvement in cleanliness. Compare actual soil removal and the condition of the surface after drying.
The material field identifies a 1009S mesh substrate with a laser-cut edge for this configuration. The larger 1009S product has its own edge specification, so a similar code should not replace a configuration check.
Position the pouch outside the dirty handling zone and close it after taking wipes. For a cleaning operation that runs intermittently, keeping the remaining sheets enclosed is as important as selecting a convenient sheet size.
