1004S Pre-Saturated Polyester Wipes
The compact 1004S format puts a manageable wiping face into small work areas. It uses the 1009S polyester mesh substrate in a smaller cut size, with pre-applied IPA and deionized water for bench-side cleaning.

Pre-wet level is separate from solution concentration; agree the loading basis for process-controlled orders.
Control contact in a small working area
A compact sheet can be easier to place around small fixtures, component holders and inspection tools. Less loose fabric hangs beyond the fingers, helping the operator keep the wiping face on the intended surface. It is particularly useful when cleaning one defined area instead of sweeping across a complete bench.
Fold the sheet to expose a smooth face. Avoid pushing a folded edge into a crevice where it may snag or leave collected soil behind. A wipe is a surface-cleaning tool; recessed channels that cannot be reached with controlled contact need a suitable cleaning method of their own.
Know which detail changes
The 1004S designation identifies this compact format. Its material specification uses the 1009S polyester mesh substrate. A shared substrate does not make different sheet sizes interchangeable: the available fold area, replacement rate and ease of reaching the workpiece all change.
Replace before the face becomes overloaded
A small wipe has less unused area to turn to during a long job. Use a fresh sheet when the contact face becomes dirty or starts to dry. If frequent changes interrupt cleaning, the 1006S format provides a larger sheet to assess.
Keep the dispensing opening closed between withdrawals. Check the wipe and solvent on the actual coating or polymer before adopting it for delicate parts; fabric choice alone cannot establish material compatibility.
