Dimensions and materials are configuration options. Production method, filtration evidence and packing are tied to the selected supply source and approved order.

For a pocket filter purchase, the factory's construction controls matter as much as the finished outline. Media identification, consistent pocket geometry and a sound connection to the header determine whether a repeat order behaves like the approved element. shengtongjh supports industrial sourcing and supply; manufacturing capability and product evidence are established for the proposed supply source.

Control the joints that air can bypass

The media removes particles only from air that passes through it. Pocket seams, the connection between the bags and the header, and the perimeter seal all form part of the working element. A visibly tidy face does not establish that these connections are continuous. The construction needs to suit the selected media and the pressure it will experience in service.

Sewn and welded constructions solve this task differently. Stitching can control the shape of flexible bags; compatible synthetic media can be formed and welded into defined pockets. The process name alone is not a quality grade. What matters is consistent geometry, sound seams and evidence for the finished design.

Before production

Fix the material identity and drawing revision. A substitution that keeps the same colour and outside dimensions can still change filtration or resistance. The order should state which changes need technical review, including media, pocket count, bag length, header construction and seal material.

For an unfamiliar housing, approve the fit of a representative element before committing to the full quantity. Keep the agreed drawing and sample identity together so a later repeat order has an unambiguous starting point.

During batch release

Use dimensional and construction checks to identify assembly defects: an out-of-square header, incomplete seam, obstructed pocket mouth, loose joint or interrupted gasket. These checks serve a different purpose from a laboratory particle-efficiency report. Both may be needed, and one cannot replace the other.

Define how elements are identified and what records accompany the shipment. This makes it possible to investigate a non-conforming batch without guessing which material or drawing was used.

Protect the filter after it leaves the bench

A sound element can arrive unusable if carton loads distort its header or a protruding fastener punctures the bags. Packing should support the frame and protect the media from sharp edges, water and loose contamination. The permitted stacking and compression depend on the actual construction; tightly crushing a self-supporting element is different from folding a flexible bag for transport.

  • Check carton condition before unpacking and record visible transport damage.
  • Compare the element identification with the order and approved drawing.
  • Inspect frame corners, pocket seams and seals before the element enters storage.
  • Keep spare elements covered, dry and supported until installation.

Factory-sourced pocket filters can be customized for the required housing fit, filtration duty and delivery arrangement.
