Detail one continuous boundary
Follow a wall from the floor to the ceiling and around each corner. Identify the profiles, seals and fixing points that complete the boundary. Check that the sequence can actually be assembled in the available space.
At doors and windows, confirm how the frame interfaces with the selected panel thickness. At service penetrations, identify both the sleeve or opening and the method of closing the remaining gap. Assign responsibility for the finished seal.
Record how the system will be maintained. If a panel must be removed, identify the parts that are reusable and the finishing materials that need replacement. Keep the reinstatement detail with the final room information.
Configuration decisions
| Decision | What to define |
|---|---|
| Base connection | Coordinate wall support and the transition to the finished floor. |
| Vertical joint | Identify profiles, seals and assembly access. |
| Opening connection | Match frames and penetrations to the wall construction. |
| Head connection | Complete the boundary at the ceiling or supporting structure. |
Why review connection details after selecting a panel?
The panel defines only part of the wall. Its junctions determine how it fits, is sealed and can be serviced within the complete enclosure.
