Protect the finish while keeping dexterity
Trial the glove on the actual component surface. A coating can improve handling yet still leave marks on a sensitive finish, especially after collecting oil or debris. Establish a change interval based on the product and handling conditions.
Check fingertip length, thumb movement and the ability to operate the normal tools. A glove that slides around the hand can reduce precision even when its nominal size appears correct.
