White Nitrile Finger Cots
Nitrile finger cots cover the fingers that touch a component while leaving the rest of the hand uncovered. The rolled opening allows each cot to be fitted individually for small-part handling.

Dimensions are measured before stretching. ESD suitability requires electrical test documentation; a white nitrile material description does not establish a resistance rating.
Cover the fingers that make contact
A finger cot can isolate a fingertip contact point without covering the entire hand. Start by observing the handling motion. If a part rests against the palm or slides across uncovered fingers, finger cots alone do not provide the intended coverage; a full nitrile glove is a more appropriate format to evaluate.
Fit the cot so its closed end follows the fingertip and its opening remains stable during pickup and release. Unnecessary stretching can make the fit uncomfortable, while excess material at the tip can interfere with precise positioning.
Read dimensions as flat measurements
The listed width is measured across the unstretched, flattened cot. It is not a finger diameter or circumference. Use these dimensions to compare sizes, then confirm fit on the intended finger during the actual task.
Plan replenishment by the supplied pack
The bag is sold by mass. The nominal unit mass helps describe the product, but it should not be converted into a guaranteed number of pieces per bag without a separately agreed count specification.
Document the contact requirements
For sensitive electronics, request the relevant electrical and cleanliness information. Nitrile material and white color do not establish ESD performance. Keep the approved cot configuration linked to the workstation's product-contact and grounding requirements.
