Select any required cut, chemical, cleanliness or ESD rating using an appropriate test report. Material and appearance alone do not establish a certified rating.
Glove sizing and application requirements can be customized after the required performance is agreed.
This version limits PU coating to the fingertips. It suits a handling pattern in which the fingers locate or grip small parts while the palm remains predominantly knitted fabric.
Match coating coverage to the contact points
Fingertip coating places the gripping surface where small parts are often held. If the workpiece is supported across the whole palm, compare a palm-coated glove instead. Check the transition between coated and uncoated fabric for comfort and interference during repeated movements.
Inspect the tips frequently because a small contact area can accumulate contamination quickly. Replace or clean gloves through an approved process before they begin transferring residue to the next part.
Assess the complete handling system
Carbon fiber in the knit is relevant to electrical evaluation, but the glove still needs an appropriate test method and acceptance criterion for the intended electrostatic-control process. Coating, humidity, wear and cleaning can influence behavior.
A fitting trial should include the smallest routinely handled component. Confirm size availability, finger length and cuff retention when defining the order, especially where the operator alternates between tool use and direct component contact.
Palm-width sizing guide
| S | Below 85 mm |

| M | 85–90 mm |
| L | 90–100 mm |
Measure across the palm and confirm finger length in a fitting trial. This is a fit guide; selected size availability must match the order.
