Agree the exact variant and packing unit before ordering. A substitute construction needs its own acceptance decision.
Construction, size assortment and packing can be customized to your workstations and replenishment requirements.
An ESD gloves supplier needs a precise description of the glove that production has approved. Keeping that identity intact through quotation, delivery and reorder is as important as selecting the first sample.
Keep one identifiable product through the order
An instruction such as “grey anti-static glove, medium” leaves important choices open. It does not identify the conductive construction, coating coverage, cuff or whether the glove is intended for repeated use. A replacement that looks similar can therefore create a different contact surface at the workstation.
shengtongjh handles industrial sourcing enquiries for glove configurations. Start with the approved task and construction, then agree the size distribution, packing and required supporting documents. The supplied variant should be identifiable without relying on a sales photograph or a colour name.
From sample approval to repeat supply
Define what production accepted
Keep the sample reference, material description and fit decision together. State whether the working surface is uncoated, fingertip coated, palm coated or a disposable film. Include any process restrictions that affect substitution.
Translate the choice into an order line
Separate sizes and variants so receiving staff can count them correctly. State the unit as pairs or individual gloves. If bags and cartons are used, show their contents as well as the number of outer packs.
Agree the delivery evidence
Identify which product sheet, test information and lot identification the order requires. A general company certificate does not identify the electrical behaviour of the delivered glove. Avoid an order that asks only for an unspecified “ESD certificate”.
Control later changes
Keep proposed substitutions separate from routine reorders. Changes to liner, coating, manufacturing source or care instructions may require a new process trial. Receiving a different variant should trigger review before it is mixed into approved stock.
Receiving checks should find useful differences
Check the size mix, packaging condition and product identity against the order. Examine sample fingertips and cuffs for the expected construction, and compare fit when there is a suspected change. Record discrepancies with the pack identity so the issue can be traced to the relevant delivery.
Keep unopened accepted stock separate from trial or questioned material. If the outer carton contains mixed sizes, make each inner pack identifiable before issuing it to the work area. This reduces interruptions caused by discovering a size shortage during a shift.
Request supply around the work pattern
Tell us how the glove is used, whether the work area also controls contamination, and how gloves are issued. A team changing disposable gloves between handling stages has a different consumption pattern from a team operating an approved reusable-glove care system. Quantity and replenishment needs should follow that pattern.
Use the quotation enquiry to provide the accepted specification and size quantities. If the product is still being selected, the supplier comparison page explains how to make competing samples and quotations comparable.
