ESD Gloves
Anti-Static Dotted Gloves
Fabric gloves combining conductive fibers with polyester and a dotted contact surface. The construction is intended for controlled parts handling where fingertip movement and grip both matter.

Qualify electrical resistance in the intended handling system. These gloves are not electrical insulating gloves; no numerical resistance rating is specified here.
Dotted contact for handling parts
The dots change the contact surface of the fabric glove. They are most relevant where an operator repeatedly picks up, holds and releases a component or small assembly. Compare the dotted surface against the part finish: the preferred grip must also leave the part in an acceptable condition.
Test a complete handling cycle, including turning the part and placing it into its tray. A glove that feels secure during pickup can still bunch at the fingertip during a fine placement step. Select the size that supports the complete movement.
Electrical performance belongs to the handling system
Conductive fibers are part of the construction, but a photograph cannot establish electrical performance. Qualify the glove in the intended operator and workstation arrangement. The EOS/ESD Association's fundamentals explain why glove and finger-cot selection must be considered within the grounding system.
Review worn or contaminated contact surfaces during routine use. The electrical and cleanliness checks should address the condition in which the glove actually handles the product, not just an unused item taken from the carton.
