There is no responsible universal size or performance rating for this type of project. Civil design, foundations, erection and overall plant performance require identified specialist responsibility.

Component materials, module sizes and supply scope can be customized to the approved project design and installation requirements.

A natural draft cooling tower uses buoyancy to move air through a large tower structure. It belongs to specialist industrial infrastructure rather than an ordinary small-factory equipment package. shengtongJH handles enquiries on a defined equipment or component-sourcing basis; this page does not offer turnkey civil engineering or claim project construction experience.

A different scale of equipment

The height and shape of a natural-draft tower contribute to the air movement through it. They cannot be treated as cosmetic enclosure dimensions. Thermal performance depends on the tower geometry, water distribution, heat-transfer internals and local conditions acting together.

This is why a compact fan-cooled tower should not be relabelled as natural draft. For a small or medium factory seeking a straightforward equipment purchase, a conventional industrial cooling tower will usually be the more relevant starting point for assessment.

New-build procurement

A new installation needs a specialist team to define the thermal duty, structure, ground conditions, water system and construction responsibility. Equipment procurement follows that design. A component quotation alone cannot establish the performance or suitability of the complete tower.

Separate the scope for civil works, internals, piping, pumps and instrumentation. Clear interface drawings reduce the risk of parts arriving that do not match the structure or distribution arrangement.

Existing-tower replacement parts

For refurbishment, identify the original arrangement and why replacement is needed. Damaged fill, fouled nozzles and deteriorated supports are different problems. Changing one component may alter water loading, airflow resistance or structural load.

Replacement dimensions therefore need more than an approximate overall measurement. Supply interface drawings, material requirements and the operating conditions for the section being repaired.

What to include in a sourcing enquiry

State whether the requirement is a new project, refurbishment or spare parts. List the requested components and quantities, applicable drawings, site environment and inspection requirements. Where drawings are incomplete, identify the missing interfaces before a quotation is treated as an executable supply specification.

shengtongJH can review the requested sourcing scope and establish whether suitable supply options can be obtained. Specialist design approval, construction oversight and acceptance of the complete cooling system remain separate responsibilities. No factory ownership, engineering qualification or completed project is implied by the product image.

Component materials, module sizes and supply scope can be customized to the approved project design and installation requirements.
