S409H is a twill-woven microfiber roll with its own fabric weight and thickness. It offers a distinct option for LCD and optical wiping where reliable strip presentation matters.
Twill fabric with its own machine settings
S409H is a twill-woven microfiber roll for optical-product and LCD-panel cleaning. It sits alongside S4009 in the woven range, but the listed thickness and fabric weight differ. Treat the two codes as separate choices when setting roll capacity, web tension and the contact gap.
The wiping result comes from the combined action of the cloth, cleaning liquid, pressure and fresh-cloth advance. Twill construction identifies the fabric structure; it does not establish a universal removal efficiency or scratch-free result on every coating.

When the strip moves sideways
Inspect the supply roll seating, guide alignment and take-up winding before changing the cloth width. A strip rubbing on a guide shoulder can damage an otherwise acceptable edge. Run the check with the web wetted as it will be in production.
When a mark repeats on each part
Look at the contact head and the used portion of cloth together. A trapped particle, a fold or an advance distance that leaves used cloth in contact can reproduce a mark. Isolate these causes before attributing the result only to the fabric pattern.
Approval details for repeat supply
Retain a sample of the selected S409H fabric and record the edge treatment, roll orientation and bagging requirements. For an alternative within the same construction family, review S4009 against the accepted cleaning procedure.
S409H can be customized by finished width, core and winding requirements, with packing suited to the application.
