S4009 is a twill-woven microfiber choice for continuous-strip cleaning. Its lighter fabric specification supports a focused comparison of winding space, strip tracking and surface contact.
A woven option for controlled strip feeding
S4009 uses a twill-woven microfiber fabric. Its diagonal construction distinguishes it from the plain-woven products in this range. When a strip passes through guide rollers and a narrow wiping head, evaluate how the selected fabric tracks, folds and makes contact while wet, rather than choosing from the surface photograph alone.
A lighter fabric can be useful where the machine has a restricted roll compartment, but roll length is not determined by basis weight alone. Core size, cloth thickness and winding conditions all affect the outside diameter. Specify the machine envelope before increasing the ordered length.

Run the trial through the full web path
- Load the intended core on the supply spindle and check that the roll turns without lateral binding.
- Thread the web through the actual guides and contact head; check for a folded edge before wetting.
- Apply the production cleaning liquid and observe tracking during repeated starts and stops.
- Inspect the cleaned part and the used strip together to distinguish incomplete pickup from residue being redeposited.
Comparing the other twill roll
S409H is another twill-woven choice with a different listed fabric weight and thickness. Similar-looking rolls should be treated as separate materials during approval; an existing machine recipe should not be carried over automatically.
The finished S4009 roll can be customized for the machine width, core interface and packing requirements.
