Clean-processing labels describe supply options, not an ISO class or sterility claim. Confirm the absorption test and the selected roll specification before order.
HS909D is a heavier high-density microfiber option for optical and panel-cleaning stations. Review the contact-head clearance and winding space alongside the fabric selection.
High-density fabric for a defined wiping contact
HS909D combines a high-density microfiber fabric with a straight surface pattern. It is one of the heavier microfiber options in this roll range. This makes the fabric specification relevant to both the wiping contact and the winding space; a heavier cloth is not automatically a better choice for every optical surface.
For an existing panel-cleaning station, review the clearance beneath the contact head before substitution. Changing cloth thickness can change the way the head bears on the workpiece even when the machine pressure setting is unchanged. Use a trial part to establish consistent contact across the full working width.
Supply roll
Agree the core geometry and maximum wound diameter. Confirm which face of the fabric must meet the product and how the leading end should be presented.
Wiping zone
Check for creases, trapped particles and wet streaks at the pressure selected for the process. Include the edge of the strip in the surface inspection.
Take-up roll
Observe the used cloth as it winds. A stable supply roll does not by itself prove that the used, wetted material will take up cleanly.

Specify the clean-processing option
The product listing offers several clean-processing levels. Choose the required supply condition and supporting cleanliness data for the actual process. These labels do not describe a sterile product and should not replace an agreed acceptance specification for particles or extractable residue.
HS909D roll converting and packaging can be customized around the cleaning station and approved application.
