8009D is a straight-pattern microfiber roll for optical and LCD cleaning, with a fabric weight distinct from 8009J. Choose the cloth through a process trial and convert it for the machine.

8009D is a straight-pattern microfiber roll for LCD-panel and optical-product cleaning. It shares a listed thickness with 8009J but has a different fabric weight. Those codes should remain distinct on the order and process approval, even when photographs show similar white rolls.
A useful comparison examines how each fabric wets, contacts the surface and takes up the target residue. Keep the same liquid and machine settings for the initial comparison, then adjust one variable at a time. This makes the effect of a material change easier to identify.
Build a repeatable wiping cycle
- Present: guide a flat, clean section of cloth to the head without dragging it across unclean surfaces.
- Wet: apply the approved liquid evenly enough for the required contact area.
- Contact: use the pressure and dwell established for the actual part and coating.
- Advance: move the used zone clear before the next cycle and wind it without folds.

For the selected 8009D material, specify the roll width, core fit, winding direction, length and packaging arrangement. State whether ultrasonic or heat-cut edges are required. Review 8009J as a separate option when a different fabric weight is being considered, and retain the accepted sample for repeat supply.
