8009J combines high-density microfiber with a straight surface pattern for repeat wiping of LCD panels and optical products. Select the converted roll around the cleaning head, liquid and web path.
Fresh wiping material for repeated optical cleaning
8009J is a high-density microfiber roll for LCD-panel and optical-product cleaning. A continuous web lets a machine present a fresh section at each wiping cycle. The useful contact area depends on the cleaning head and advance distance: reusing a visibly soiled section can carry residue onto the next part even when the fabric itself appears intact.
For fingerprints and light process residue, evaluate the fabric together with the approved cleaning liquid. Too much liquid can leave a wet trail; too little may leave residue behind. Start with a controlled dose and compare the cleaned surface under the same inspection conditions used in production.
Match the web to the wiping head
Select a width that covers the working contact area without rubbing the guide shoulders. Specify the core bore, usable winding width and maximum outside diameter separately. A roll that fits the spindle can still be too large for the enclosure or take-up path.
Choose the edge for the contact
Ultrasonic and heat-cut edges are listed for this fabric. Check the finished edge on the actual surface, particularly where the wiping head presses close to a glass edge or coating. The edge and the cloth face should both be included in the trial.

Keep the approved combination reproducible
Record the fabric code, winding direction, liquid dose, advance length and cleaning-head pressure from the accepted trial. Those details make a repeat order more useful than specifying only “microfiber roll”. Keep unopened rolls in their protective bags until transfer to the work area.
Roll dimensions, core arrangement and packaging can be customized to the intended equipment and application.
