1009W is a mesh-pattern polyester roll with ultrasonic edge sealing for panel and optical cleaning. Define the fabric and the converted roll together for repeatable supply.
Polyester wiping with an ultrasonic edge
1009W is a mesh-pattern polyester roll listed with ultrasonic edge sealing. Its fabric specification differs substantially from the heavier DP-1009F-2 option. For an LCD or optical cleaning station, use the material code and actual roll drawing together; “polyester roll” alone leaves too much room for a different cloth or winding format.
Ultrasonic sealing forms the cut edge as part of the converting process. That edge still needs to be assessed in use. Check whether it remains outside the sensitive contact area or passes across it, and inspect both the edge and cloth face after the trial.

From receipt to machine loading
- Check the sealed bag and material identification before taking the roll into the controlled area.
- Follow the site's transfer procedure, protecting the exposed cloth from the outer packaging and workbench.
- Seat the core without forcing it onto the spindle; confirm the required engagement and clearance.
- Thread a clean leading section through the guides and establish the approved wetting and advance settings.
A vacuum-packed appearance does not establish sterility. If the process needs a specific microbiological or particle requirement, include it in the agreed supply specification and review suitable documentation.
For broader or heavier contact
DP-1009F-2 provides a different polyester construction within the same range. Compare machine fit and surface results before changing between the two.
1009W roll width, core configuration and packaging can be customized for the intended cleaning process.
