070BPRTS features a rounded double-layer polyester head. Its fuller profile offers a different contact shape from the narrow flat fabric tips used for confined edges and slots.
Let the rounded profile follow the surface
The head can be presented end-on for a small contact patch or at an angle for side contact. This helps the operator adjust to a shallow curved surface without using a pointed tip as a scraper. Keep pressure light enough that the support does not become the dominant contact.
Rotation is useful only while the head stays clean
Turning the handle between passes can expose a cleaner portion of fabric. It does not restore a loaded head. Once the swab has collected enough material to smear or transfer it, use a new one and keep the contaminated head away from the clean supply.
When cleaning around a circular recess, establish a clear direction and endpoint. Uncontrolled scrubbing can repeatedly move the same residue around the feature. Inspect the surface after drying under the method used for the actual assembly.
For a shallow cavity
Verify that the rounded head can move and withdraw without being squeezed tightly by the walls.
For a fine corner
A narrower pointed profile may provide better visibility. Do not compensate for an oversized head by applying additional force.
