123BPCTS uses a broad double-layer polyester head with an externally sealed edge. The seal and wide support are key selection details when the working face must remain stable during accessible surface wiping.
Keep the seal away from vulnerable edges
The external seal is visible around the head construction. It secures the fabric boundary, but the sealed region and the central face do not necessarily make identical contact with a delicate surface. Present the intended wiping face to the part and avoid dragging the seam across a sensitive coating.
Before production use, check the assembled head under the planned force and fluid exposure. Confirm that the fabric remains secure and that the seal does not catch on a step, slot or raised feature.
A broad, supported face
The wide handle and paddle make this format suitable for an open patch where a narrow swab would require many strokes. Keep the face supported; using only one corner changes the pressure distribution and can reduce control.
Inspect after the wipe
Check the surface after the cleaning fluid has evaporated. Look for remaining film, transferred particles and marks near boundaries. Review the used head as well: a snagged seam or loose fabric indicates that the access path or cleaning method needs adjustment.
Choose the seal style through the actual process trial. External sealing describes construction and should not be treated as proof of a cleanliness classification or guaranteed compatibility with every surface.
