SF-005 uses pointed tips on a compact paper stem. The short format is suited to close hand control at an accessible work surface, rather than reaching deeply into a housing.
Close control needs clean handling
A compact stem places the hand near the working tip. This can make a local motion easier to guide, but it also reduces the separation between the glove and the part. Keep a deliberate grip on the stem and avoid brushing either head against the glove during positioning.
Approach the exposed feature
Use the point to locate an accessible corner or boundary. Keep the stroke short and avoid pushing the wider head section into an opening that cannot release it. This format should not be chosen when the task requires the reach of an extended handle.
Watch the head condition
Inspect for deformation, snagging and visible loading during the task. Replace the swab when the contact surface changes; turning a damaged point does not restore its shape or cleanliness.
