Strip dimensions describe the fabric strips, not the footprint of the assembled head. Room suitability and any sterilization requirement must be matched to the selected supply grade.
Strip material, head configuration and packing can be customized for the cleaning task.
This strip mop uses soft nylon/polyester towelling attached to a removable head. The flexible strips follow the cleaning surface, while retaining stitches keep the strip bundle together during handling and changes.
Flexible strips for changing contact angles
The towelling strips move independently as the head changes direction. This flexible contact can be useful around transitions and open floor areas where a rigid rectangular pad is less convenient. Retaining stitches join the bundle at intervals, helping it stay organized when the head is lifted or replaced.
The fabric-strip measurement is an important ordering distinction: it describes one strip before the assembled bundle is considered. It should not be used to estimate the width of a cleaning pass or the clearance needed around a machine.

Replace the textile at the head
The illustrated attachment opens to release the refill. The blue band at the top of the textile must sit correctly in the holder so that the head stays secure when changing direction. A replacement bundle should match the attachment geometry as well as the nominal fabric dimensions.
Prepare a consistent cleaning pass
Spread the strips before use and avoid leaving a twisted bundle under the head. Control the amount of liquid introduced by the approved cleaning procedure: a heavily saturated bundle handles differently from a lightly dampened one. Inspect the retaining stitches and attachment band when changing refills.
Separate floor and other surface duties
Assign heads to their intended area and surface. Do not move a used floor head onto equipment or other controlled surfaces. For a process requiring a defined rectangular contact face, a Microfiber Flat Mop may offer a more suitable form.
Specify the refill and hardware separately
A complete cleaning set and a replacement strip head are different purchasing items. State whether the order needs refills, handles, attachment heads or assembled sets. The packing quantity should be tied to that component choice, together with the required supply grade and any supporting cleanliness or sterilization documentation.
