The nominal fabric size is not a guaranteed assembled cleaning width. Confirm the sewn pocket spacing and compatible frame dimensions before choosing the cover.
Cover size, pocket fit and supply-grade requirements can be customized for the selected frame and application.
A double-layer DP-1009F wiper cover forms the cleaning face of this flat mop. Sewn end pockets hold the cover on a compatible frame, and the textured fabric face is visible in the detailed product photographs.

Pocket retention changes the way the cover fits
The two sewn end pockets receive the ends of a compatible mop frame. Once seated, the cover spans the underside of the base, with the textured wiper face against the cleaning surface. This is a different attachment arrangement from a tie-on sleeve or a pad held by external clamps.
Pocket spacing and pocket depth are central to a secure fit. If the pockets are too far apart, the cloth can sag; if too close, fitting the frame can strain the seams. The frame's release mechanism also needs room to operate without trapping or tearing the cloth.
Read dimensions with the construction in mind
A fabric blank, a finished pocket cover and the assembled head can have different dimensions. Use the nominal size to identify the requested product, then match the finished cover drawing to the frame. Do not use the flat fabric measurement as a claim about actual cleaning coverage.
Evaluate the wiping face against the task
The close-up photographs show the texture of the DP-1009F fabric and the stitched pocket edges. Surface texture is relevant to contact with soil, but a photograph does not establish a particle-removal percentage, extractable-residue level or cleaning-agent compatibility. Those requirements belong in the material acceptance criteria.
For routine use, keep the cover evenly seated and inspect the pocket seams when changing it. A damaged pocket can let the frame shift inside the cover. Separate clean and used covers so the outer face is protected until the next cleaning task.
Choose a compatible attachment family
This cover is intended for a pocket-compatible frame. If the existing hardware uses external clamps and requires a sponge-backed pad, compare the Cleanroom Wiper and Sponge Flat Mop. Matching the attachment avoids forcing a cover onto the wrong head.
Cover size, pocket fit and supply-grade requirements can be customized for the selected frame and application.
