Cleanroom Gloves
12 Inch White Nitrile Cleanroom Gloves
Extended-cuff white nitrile gloves for handling tasks where the glove needs to overlap a garment sleeve. Textured fingertips provide a different contact finish from the smooth cuff and palm areas.

Class 100 is a cleanliness ordering designation, not a certification of the finished workplace. Sterile supply, particle limits and application approvals must be agreed for the selected configuration.
Keep the sleeve interface covered during movement
An extended cuff provides more room to overlap the garment sleeve. The useful overlap is the amount that remains when the operator reaches across the bench, bends the wrist or raises an arm—not simply the overlap visible while standing still. Check this glove together with the actual garment and gowning sequence.
- Put on the selected garment and glove using the site's procedure.
- Repeat the longest reach and most frequent wrist movement in the task.
- Check for a cuff that rolls, pulls away from the sleeve or needs repeated adjustment.
Separate coverage from contamination performance
The longer cuff changes coverage; it does not by itself change the glove's particle performance. For exposed optics, panels or semiconductor components, align the glove specification with the residues and particles that matter to that process. Keep the test method and acceptance limit with the order rather than relying on a class label alone.
Textured fingertips serve the contact points used in handling while the cuff remains a sleeve interface. Trial the selected size with representative parts so that additional cuff coverage does not come at the expense of finger control.
