cleanroom doors oman
| Frame | Rounded extruded aluminium; anodized or coated finish |
|---|---|
| Nominal door sizes, W × H × T (mm) | 900 × 2100 × 42; 1828 × 2100 × 42 |
| Leaf infill | Coated metal skin or selected hygienic panel |
| Wall interface | Profile matched to panel thickness and opening reinforcement |
| Sealing | Replaceable frame gasket and bottom-seal options |
| Fittings | Flush glazing; adjustable hinges; latch, closer and interlock options |
The aluminium profile describes the frame construction, not necessarily the leaf skin. Clear passage and overall frame dimensions depend on the selected profile.
Door configuration, protective packing and accessory grouping can be tailored to the Oman project and delivery route.
For an Oman project, the door package needs to arrive in a condition that the site can install without correcting transport damage or missing interfaces. Packing, storage and release to installation should be planned alongside the doorset itself.
Work backwards from the installation location
The delivery vehicle reaching the gate does not mean the packed door can reach the room. Loading bays, lifts, temporary stairs and corridor turns may constrain the package. If the frame must be shipped in sections, the assembly method and required tools should be understood before dispatch.
For a site receiving doors in stages, grouping by installation area can reduce repeated unpacking and movement. Each package should retain its opening identity so a frame is not sent to one area while its leaf and fittings are stored elsewhere.
Keep storage from becoming an unintended exposure test
Door leaves need support that prevents bending, with protected edges and hardware. The storage environment should remain within the finish and component requirements. An indoor cleanroom door should not be assumed suitable for prolonged unprotected storage outdoors.
Moisture trapped in wrapping, dirty construction water and contact with loose metal parts can damage surfaces before use. The receiving team needs a clear approach to inspection, protection and the removal of packing materials.
Prepare the opening before unwrapping the finish
Wall backing, finished-floor level and nearby services should be ready for the doorset. Cutting or grinding around an installed leaf can damage the coating and contaminate hinges or seals. Where the surrounding work is incomplete, protect the assembly and control access to it.
Profile frames can help with certain panel interfaces, but cannot compensate for an unsupported or incorrectly sized opening. Their fit should follow the approved wall section.
Connect the shipment documents to the physical package
Oman's customs declaration service uses Bayan and calls for supporting commercial documents. The importer or broker should establish classification and the current consignment requirements. The commercial description should agree with the supplied door material, operation and any separate electrical items.
The project receiving list has a different purpose: it tells the site where each package belongs and what is inside. Both records should use consistent quantities and identifiers, while keeping packed dimensions distinct from the installed clear opening.
Release the opening into service
After installation, the leaf should move and close without rubbing, the frame junction should be complete, and any controls should follow the agreed sequence. Final verification under the facility operating conditions belongs to the project team.
shengtongjh coordinates supply; local unloading, installation and maintenance responsibilities are defined in the order. For a package with multiple door types, see cleanroom doors from China for the broader assembly and documentation choices.
