Select one matched cabinet configuration. Working space, outside size and service clearance are different; final dimensions and electrical loads follow the approved equipment schedule.
Cabinet sizes, stand arrangements, accessory packages and spare-filter scope can be customized to the site and procurement requirements.
A complete clean-bench purchase includes the equipment and the items needed to install, operate and maintain it. shengtongJH coordinates the supply scope so the cabinet, stand, accessories and documents arrive as a compatible package.
Make the quotation describe a usable package
A low cabinet price can omit the support stand, work surface, installation accessories or the documentation required by the buyer. Compare offers on the same scope. Identify which items are included, optional or supplied by the site before deciding that two quotations describe equivalent equipment.
The equipment schedule should state the airflow arrangement and clear work dimensions. A larger outer enclosure may not provide more useful workspace, while a compact cabinet may still need substantial access for filter replacement.
Cabinet and support
Match the stand to the unit and the working posture. Confirm whether it is delivered assembled or separately and how it is supported in its operating position.
Filters and service items
Specify the installed final filter, prefilter and any spares by compatible construction. Similar dimensions alone do not establish the correct seal or resistance.
Controls and accessories
Include the required fan control, lighting and monitoring. Identify outlet ratings, service fittings and any fixtures so they can be coordinated with the work layout.
Plan receipt and positioning
The receiving site needs packed dimensions, an appropriate unloading method and a route to the final location. Glass, filter media and control panels require protection during movement. Keep handling instructions with the shipment rather than discovering restrictions at the doorway.
A detached stand can simplify transport, but assembly responsibility and the necessary parts should be clear. The assembled equipment then needs a stable, level operating position.
Agree what happens after delivery
Electrical connection, installation checks and process qualification are different tasks. Identify who performs each one and which documents are needed to close the purchase. Delivery of the cabinet does not by itself establish the site's working condition.
Keep the supplied filter and controller identities in the maintenance record. This helps later orders refer to the actual assembly rather than an old catalogue photograph.
Use one coordinated requirement for multiple benches
For several workstations, list which configurations are genuinely identical and which differ in width, access or services. Common consumables and controls can simplify maintenance where appropriate, but forcing every task into the same cabinet can create awkward layouts.
shengtongJH can coordinate the selected equipment and compatible accessories without promising unverified stock or delivery times. Send the operating task, destination, quantity and required documents through the quotation form so the supply boundary can be defined. Hazardous work requires separately selected containment equipment, not an ordinary product-protection bench.
