Select one matched cabinet configuration. Working space, outside size and service clearance are different; final dimensions and electrical loads follow the approved equipment schedule.

Working dimensions, cabinet materials, controls and accessory interfaces can be customized for the required process and installation.

A clean bench manufacturer should build the selected enclosure, fan and filter into a serviceable workstation. shengtongJH coordinates procurement around those technical requirements and the documents needed to compare the offered configurations.

Compare the working result, not just the quoted width

A cabinet's outside width does not reveal how much room remains for the product, fixture and hands. Internal filter frames, side panels and screen supports can reduce the usable space. Compare the clear working envelope and the access opening before comparing nominal model sizes.

Air direction is equally important. Horizontal supply needs a clear rear-to-front route; vertical supply needs clear access from above. A manufacturer offering both arrangements should identify which one suits the equipment layout instead of treating them as interchangeable cabinets.

Look at the assembly interfaces

The filter must seat on a suitable sealing surface and remain accessible for replacement. A retaining arrangement that distorts the frame can undermine the intended seal. The fan needs enough capability for the selected filter and its service condition.

Worktop seams, corners and removable parts affect cleaning. A smooth table is useful only if the operator can reach around fixtures and avoid pushing debris towards the filter face.

Match components to the destination

Supply voltage, frequency, controls and accessories should form one compatible configuration. A change of plug alone does not make a motor or controller suitable for another electrical supply.

Define the rating and purpose of any internal outlets separately from the cabinet's own consumption. Instruments may require separate circuits or interfaces, and their heat or fan discharge may affect the work zone.

Ask for evidence at the appropriate level

A filter test report identifies the supplied filter and its method. A cabinet inspection checks the built equipment. Site verification considers installation and operating conditions. A quotation should distinguish these deliverables so that a component certificate is not mistaken for acceptance of the installed process.

For a specified clean-air class, agree the sampling condition, representative loading and relevant documents before ordering. Do not accept unrelated certifications or a performance claim copied from a different cabinet size as evidence for the selected unit.

Keep the purchase maintainable

Record filter dimensions and seals, controller identity and the service-removal route. Decide which spare items should accompany the bench and which can be ordered later. These choices affect downtime more directly than an impressive but poorly defined accessory list.

shengtongJH can align the equipment schedule and supply documents with the chosen manufacturing source. The supplier package should then make clear what is delivered and what remains a site responsibility. Ordinary clean benches remain product-protection equipment for suitable nonhazardous work.

Working dimensions, cabinet materials, controls and accessory interfaces can be customized for the required process and installation.
