Filter dimensions are external frame sizes. The replacement trigger and handling method depend on the host equipment, captured material and site maintenance requirements.
The replacement filter, frame and seal can be customized to the existing equipment and its maintenance requirements.
Keeping HEPA equipment in service means protecting the fine element and replacing it when its condition requires. A clean-looking surface does not establish performance, and a loaded disposable HEPA pack is not restored simply by removing visible dust.
Investigate the symptom before replacing parts
- Lower outlet airflow
Check blocked grilles, the prefilter, fan operation and control setting. If those are sound, compare the current delivery and filter resistance with the established operating condition.
- Higher pressure across the filter
Interpret the reading at a comparable airflow. It can indicate loading, but the replacement decision must also respect the equipment's operating limits and the site's service procedure.
- Visible damage or an unsatisfactory integrity result
Examine the seal and housing as well as the element. A tear, distorted frame or sealing defect should be resolved before the equipment is returned to its intended duty; a calendar interval does not make a damaged filter acceptable.
Protect the replacement during changeout
Keep the new element in its protective packaging until the receiving space is ready. Handle the rigid frame, avoid contact with the pleats and check that the gasket has not been displaced. Prepare a suitable place for the used element so that it is not dragged across the clean replacement.
Isolate the equipment, follow its access procedure and contain the spent element appropriately for the material it has collected. Clean the housing's accessible sealing surfaces using the approved method, then fit the replacement without forcing the frame.
Record what changed
After reassembly, restore the intended operating setting and document the replacement identification. Record relevant airflow or pressure readings and complete the performance checks required for that equipment.
A stable baseline makes later deterioration easier to diagnose. Fixed life claims are a poor substitute for knowing the loading, operating hours and actual condition of the filter in its application.
Order a replacement that fits the service plan
shengtongjh can coordinate a clean replacement around the existing frame drawing, seal location and required grade. Include the host's identification and the available withdrawal space. See HEPA filters for air cleaners for cartridge matching, or the wider Air Filters range for separately specified prefiltration.
