Confirm thickness basis, adhesion test conditions and floor compatibility for the selected mat. Color alone does not indicate anti-static performance.
Mat dimensions, color and adhesive requirements can be customized for the entrance.
Colored sticky mats combine a peel-off collection surface with a visible cue for entrances or work zones. The color scheme can follow the site's own route, department or replacement-control system.
Make the color system useful
Assign each selected color a clear operational meaning and communicate it at the issue point. A different color does not establish a different adhesive strength or cleanliness classification. Keep the approved material and adhesion requirement consistent when reordering.
Choose the footprint around traffic direction and wheel spacing. If people step around a mat or a trolley only touches its edge, increasing tack will not solve the missed contact.
Control lifting, loading and replacement
Apply the backing to a prepared, compatible floor and inspect edges after initial use. Turning wheels can stress the mat differently from straight foot traffic. Remove each dirty sheet with a controlled peel, containing collected dirt inside the folded layer.
Review replacement frequency during busy periods and after changes to material routes. The gallery shows color and size presentations; confirm the exact color, footprint and adhesive requirement for the order.
