Confirm thickness basis, adhesion test conditions and floor compatibility for the selected mat. Color alone does not indicate anti-static performance.
Mat dimensions, color and adhesive requirements can be customized for the entrance.
These peel-off mats provide a renewable adhesive surface at an entry point. Loose dirt transferred by shoes or suitable trolley wheels is collected on the exposed layer, which can be removed when loaded.
Place the mat where contact actually occurs
Position the mat on a clean, dry, level surface along the normal walking or trolley route. Check that wheels cross the adhesive area and that the mat does not bridge a floor joint or obstruct a door. The installation needs to stay flat under turning and braking loads.
Renew the surface without spreading the dirt
- Use the numbered corner tab to lift the loaded layer.
- Peel slowly and fold the contaminated face inward.
- Dispose of the layer and leave the next surface flat and exposed.
Set the changing frequency from traffic and visible loading. A saturated mat should not be expected to keep collecting particles. Test adhesion and residue behavior on the intended floor before a broad installation.
The mat supports entry housekeeping; it does not remove every contaminant or replace footwear management and routine floor cleaning.
