A factory-ready rock wool sandwich panel order turns a building requirement into defined materials and repeatable dimensions. shengtongJH coordinates the supply specification so the delivered panels match the intended assembly.
Define the product before defining the quantity
A total square-metre quantity does not describe the core, metal skins, finish or joint section. Specify those items first, then break the quantity into panel lengths and widths. Include any special orientation, openings or edge closures that change the piece supplied.
The thickness of a panel is also different from the thickness of each metal facing. If the facing gauge is important to the design, state it separately in the agreed specification. Do not let a shorthand order description stand in for a complete construction.
Material preparation
The selected facings and core must correspond to the order. Colour and coating choices should be agreed before release, especially when new material will adjoin an existing wall.
Core and skin assembly
Core continuity, bonding and edge formation influence the finished panel. Define the construction rather than assuming every product described as rock wool is assembled in the same way.
Cutting and identification
Use one approved length schedule. Mark special pieces clearly so installation does not depend on measuring and sorting every panel on arrival.
Release checks
Agree checks for dimensions, joint fit, surface condition and quantities. Where performance documents are needed, link them to the actual ordered configuration.
Keep late changes controlled
An altered door width or wall height may change several panel lengths and trims. Record revisions against the affected pieces and establish their status before changing the order. This is more useful than issuing a second drawing without identifying what has changed.
Consider replacement and spare pieces by their actual location and likelihood of damage. A generic extra area allowance may not provide the length needed for a critical opening.
Coordinate manufacturing through the supply chain
shengtongJH coordinates procurement and supply, including the panel requirement and associated materials for your installation.
Panel dimensions, finishes and accessory arrangements can be selected to suit the project scope.
