Packing design and shipment quantities are established for the selected profile and transport route. Product dimensions are not package dimensions or a declared shipment weight.

An export order for PVC flooring matting needs to protect both the material and its identity from packing through receipt. The right supply scope connects the approved mat construction with roll dimensions, accessory quantities, handling information and an agreed delivery arrangement.

Build the packing list from the material schedule

A line reading only PVC mats is difficult to reconcile at delivery. Separate solid runners, open-grid rolls, finished modules and accessories. For rolls, identify width and length; for cut pieces, identify the finished size and quantity. Keep gross supplied area distinct from the usable pieces required by the installation.

If a shipment serves several work areas, assign an item reference to each group. This lets the receiving team find the right material without opening every package and helps preserve traceability if one group is held for inspection.

Protect the product's shape during transport

Flexible matting can be damaged by a crushed roll end, a collapsed support or pressure from a narrow strap. Select support and wrapping for the actual profile and package weight. A deep open grid and a thin solid runner should not automatically be packed in the same way.

End protection should keep the material edges from rubbing against the handling surface. Restraints should secure the package without deforming the mat. Keep compatible connectors and edge pieces identifiable, with protection appropriate to their shape rather than loose inside an unmarked roll.

Before dispatch

Reconcile the approved item schedule with the packed quantities. Record the actual package dimensions and weights. Photographs of the packed items can document condition and identification, but they do not replace agreed material inspection.

During receiving

Provide a handling plan suited to the package size and available equipment. Inspect visible damage before dispersing the shipment. Preserve labels and packaging information while any discrepancy is being reviewed.

Before placement

Follow the selected product's storage and conditioning instructions. Check that the supplied profile, cut pieces and accessories match their intended zones. Resolve an incorrect item before cutting or installing it further.

Define the commercial handover clearly

The quotation should identify the goods, packing, transport scope and delivery point included in the price. Agree who coordinates the destination's document requirements and who receives questions about missing or damaged items. Requirements vary by route and shipment, so the order should use the actual destination details rather than a generic promise of universal export compliance.

shengtongjh can coordinate the material and accessory schedule as part of an equipment-and-materials purchase. Manufacturer identity and any product-specific evidence remain tied to the supplied item. Lead time, availability and transport arrangements are confirmed for the particular order, rather than inferred from a catalogue page.

Keep replacements connected to the original order

Retain the approved profile, batch information, packing references and receiving record. These details make a later shortage review or replenishment request more precise. The ongoing supplier arrangement should also establish how compatible ramps and connectors will be identified when only a small part of the original delivery needs replacement.

Cut-length labeling, accessory grouping and the packing arrangement can be customized to the receiving site and shipment requirements.
