This 68 g/m² presaturated wipe uses a wood-pulp and polyester nonwoven substrate from the 0609 series. The pouch format is intended for convenient surface cleaning where a cellulose-containing wipe is suitable.
Choose the substrate for the residue
The wood-pulp component provides an absorbent wiping structure, while polyester contributes reinforcement to the nonwoven sheet. The cold-cut edge differs from a sealed knitted-polyester wipe. Where loose fibre limits are critical, qualify the finished wipe on the actual surface instead of treating these substrates as interchangeable.
The prewet format is useful when operators need a prepared sheet without a separate dispensing bottle. Withdraw one sheet at a time, keep the remaining stack enclosed and follow the approved cleaning sequence for the area.
From transfer pack to work surface
Match the packaging layers to the point where the wipe enters the controlled area. Select the alcohol blend before ordering and check compatibility with the item being cleaned. A sterile wipe designation does not by itself establish a disinfectant contact time or a validated process for the finished surface.
